The first step in listing your home is to schedule a meeting with our experienced sellers agent, Stephanie Gutierrez. Stephanie will review the current sales market, marketing strategy, and your goals to complete a comprehensive listing strategy unique to you and your home.

Listing Photos & Media
Once the listing agreement is signed, we’ll begin by scheduling professional advertising photos of and creating an enticing property description. We provide both photos and virtual tours for all of our listings, to help captivate the interest of potential buyers.

MLS Listing & Web Placements
With a strong asking price and beautiful marketing collateral, we are now ready to officially list your home for sale! We display your home on the MLS (a listing site for real estate agents), along with being displayed on additional websites, like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and more.

Showing Your Property
We’ll begin collecting leads of interested buyers. From scheduling open houses, to coordinated private viewings we’ll work tirelessly to ensure your property is seen by as many buyers as possible to get you a competitive offer.

Opening Escrow!
On average, within ## days of listing your home for sale, we receive a competitive offer for your home. We review the details of each offer with you until we find an offer that you are eager to accept. From there we are officially able to open escrow!
